  • Recruited for $5 MM national on-site account, Harcourt School Publishers, contracting employees in Creative, Finance, Technical and Clerical positions.
  • Manage all aspects of the account including billing, payroll and management of 150 contracted employees.
  • Took a lead role in working collaboratively with all client departments to develop or enhance existing hiring processes, procedures and programs.

Summary

During my time as the Sr. Technical Recruiter for Channel Intelligence Inc., 42% of my hires were individuals with compensation of $100K or higher.  And, recruiting was only one portion of my responsibilities.

I'm seeking a permanent, full-time Corporate or In-House Recruiting and/or HR opportunity, in the Orlando area, where I can contribute to a team, and deliver this level of results.  I like to get involved, think creatively and have meaningful impact. 

My bachelor degree in Advertising and Public Relations has given me the latitude to work in several industries from a large Fortune 500 corporation, to an entrepreneurial start-up environment.  Although my experience has centered on technology, staffing, and corporate hospitality, I'm open for positions in other industries including advertising, service and the non-profit sector.
