Reporting directly to the Senior Games Master, the Games Master is responsible for processing 1st line customer support requests for all Codemasters Online games. (including in-game support, live events and when required, out of game support).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24x7 1st line in-game customer support to all Codemasters Online games.
  • Manage and own to resolution both external service and in-game service player generated issues.
  • Provide clear and accurate in-game communications to players regarding planned and unplanned maintenance outages.
  • Complete incident reports to ensure accurate feedback is achieved regarding individual incidents.
  • Mentor new staff on quality of work and task prioritisation.
  • Provide occasional cover for QA testing (including weekend and bank holidays).
