- Arranging and managing all project related meetings

- Working closely with the development team to deliver the products in accordance with schedules

- Organizing training of products for the partners

- Daily communication with the partner to discuss the tasks and improvements needed for the products

- Researching the market and finding the best possible ways to help the partner meet the standards and succeed in his market

Tools used during the working process

- JIRA for working with the development team (opening and following up with the tasks of the partner)

- Salesforce for storing the KYC information of the partner and managing the project

Trade Show Coordinator



Coordinating the participation of the company in major international expos such as EiG expo in Barcelona, SAGSE expo in Buenos Aires, RGW expo in Moscow, G2E Asia expo in Macao and others. During the coordination the responsibilities included

- Communication with expo organizer companies to book a booth

- Research of contractor companies for the booth construction

- Participation in the design process of the graphical look of the booth and ordering all the necessary attributes for it

- Participation in making promotional material for the expo such as brochures, business cards, pens, etc.

- Coordination of press releases of the company in major international IT magazines in Gaming sphere, which included writing of articles to meet the marketing standards, booking and coordinating the advertisement space in the magazines.
