Homecare Homebase is a unique company which creates a Healthcare application which is streamed from our servers to customers. This allowed me the opportunity to administer many cloud forming products using Citrix, VMWare, Hyper-V/VMM, Xen Server, several SAN nodes, SCOM, SCCM. Along with administering our 1700+ server farm, network, and office infrastructure, I would also be tasked with solving tier 3 issues that came in with our software product.

Hired to work as a summer intern to maintain 600 computers at various locations, maintain several servers, and deploy an automated systems manager to remotely manage all machines (Kaseya). Then hired again to work throughout the year and the following summer.

DeepNines-Information Technology Branch

Wrote network security rules for DeepNines' main products. Heavy usage with Wireshark, Snort, and Unix/Linux environments. DeepNines sold security applicances which blocked illegal content ranging from viruses to specific sites (video, proxies, etc.) to specific types of traffic (streaming audio, Bittorrent, etc.)
