Overall leadership for the St. Louis division of PaperPlus. Provide leadership and strategic operational direction for the Print Division function that is responsible for the management of process development, redesign and administration enhancements. Lead and direct the sales efforts to support and coordinate business plan to achieve sales objectives. Strong focus on building culture of accountability, positive communication/recognition, teamwork and dedication toward achieving objectives. Manage all aspects of field administration duties to include hiring, training, purchasing, and data feedback.
Achieved company's highest recognition in 2013 for sales leadership. Sales person of the year, customer care, and EBITA growth all exceeded the company's highest expectations. Work with other members of the leadership team to to align the needs of the company and that of the customer to ensure growth now and in the future. Success developing business, marketing planning/analysis, opportunity identification and optimizing Return on Investment.
An integral member of a three person team that reengineered a marketing program that generates the largest sales volume for the entire company. The sales program generates high sales volume, EBITA growth, and long term loyalty at minimal cost to the company. Took the lead to require vendor support and negotiate a favorable deal to absorb the costs of our program.
