Passion for pastry
My name is Luis, an architect from Uruguay with a huge interest for pastry, bakery, chocolate and desserts. This interest in pastry goes back to my childhood years, but professionally I studied architecture, my other passion.
Some years ago, my interest in cooking was stimulated and I started taking workshops and short courses to nurture my early passion. I especially enjoyed with the short courses by pastry chef José Enrique González at Le Cordon Bleu in Madrid (Spain), pastry chef Paco Torreblanca at International School of Pastry Art in Alicante (Spain) and by chocolate master David Pallás in Murcia (Spain).
I have no experience as pastry chef, but I have experimented myself and in my blog there are different examples of some of the techniques and creations I have mastered.
