Being part of the opening staff at the first St. Regis in Latin America has been an honor and a remarkable challenge. At the time, there was not a team like us, and we were instructed to carry the legacy of the traditional New York Butler… but our guests would not have it!
It was after years of practice and training, with great role models such as Mr. Roberto Otalora and Mr. Carl Emberson that we earned the freedom to reinvent the Brand’s Signature Service using Mexican Hospitality, attention to detail and all that each member had to contribute to create a rare breed… the Mexican Butler!
We know how to treat politicians or the business traveler but, when allowed, we will do our best to show you that we honestly care, that you are actually at home with us because you are part of the family! I sincerely believe that those have been the key points that have put this humble team of unconventional Butlers, among the best in the Brand.

I have honed my skills in Punta Mita and was blessed to discover the wonderful world of Butler Service here.
I am an honest, committed and responsible person who is not afraid of long hours but knows that efficiency is key and that, with the right attitude, proactive behavior and passion you can make a difference. I am warm with service but also familiar with problem resolution. In this regard, my diverse background including: Accounting, security, concierge & front office make me a versatile team member with a passion for creating, innovating, evaluating processes and training.
My time in Mexico City and talking with some of my peers in Monarch Beach, Doha, Abu Dhabi, Atlanta, Dubai & New York helped me realize I am in love with our Brand and I am truly fascinated by the idea of getting to know more of our different properties, its cultures and lifestyles.
