Testimonials from clients

"Don't let Lucy's friendly smile and personality deceive you, she'll kick your arse by creating a fresh, unique, and challenging outdoor workout program for your company. I love that Lucy is a certified personal trainer, certified yoga instructor, and an all around athlete. Her workouts will keep you guessing (always different), and she'll push you just the right amount. I've been training for half-marathons, and thought I was in OK shape, but after just one session with Lucy, I realized I had a long way to go. Give Vinyasa Sports a try. You won't be sorry...except the next day when everything is sore."
