    • Participated in the development and successful marketing launch of a Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal System for use by taxing bodies and tax payers in establishing accurate Fair Market Values.
  • Corporation specialized in Private Investigation, Executive Defensive Tactics Training, Corporate Reduction in Force, Workplace Violence Prevention & Intervention and operation of a $2.5 million public indoor firearms shooting range and training facility.
    • Held contract position as Vice President of Marketing & Business Development.  Focused on business development of private, public and corporate services as well as the management of assigned private investigation tactics assisting law firms and their clients.
  • Corporation specialized in Marketing Communications, Public/Media Relations and Research Services for corporations.
    • Held contract position of Director of Marketing & Business Development.  Assisted in the development of a customer database, marketing communications collateral materials, web site layout and content.  Responsible for new business development.
  • Corporation specialized in Business Development Consulting.
    • Developed telemarketing and sales staffing, training, sales and marketing strategies and methodologies.  Assisted client in customer proposal development with reference to market research, strategic marketing plans, branding, web site development, national media plans, marketing communication tools, advertising campaigns, national public/media relations, sales strategies and proposed national vendor contacts.

Primary responsibilities included the creation and execution of the strategic marketing plan, implementation of all plans and marketing programs through the support of research and tactics for a highly competitive High Speed Data Services environment.  Defined and maintained consistent management of the brand.  Position reported directly to the General Manager.

Additional responsibilities included management of division- related activities of internal Corporate Communications Department, public/media relations firms, and multiple vendor activities.  Development and management of marketing and sales budgets.  Worked closely with Product Development and the Sales organization in order to achieve and exceed overall revenue expectations.  Tracked, analyzed and measured the effectiveness of all marketing programs and activities.  Maintained goals, lead-time completion and tracking of tactical matrices.

Regional Market Manager


Primary responsibilities included the development of strategic marketing plans and implementation of marketing programs throughout the Northeast, Central and early development of West and Pacific United States on both corporate and local levels. Corporation was one of the largest competitive telecommunications companies in the United States. This position reported directly to Director of Marketing Development and worked closely with Regional Vice President and local General Managers.

Lead efforts to deliver all tactical programs to market, including direct mail, public relations and other marketing programs in each market segment for several regions, comprised of approximately 35 cities.  Maintained consistent management of corporate brand.  Created market-by-market positioning and differentiation activities on a regional basis.  Developed and managed regional marketing budgets for each city.  Measured campaign effectiveness and analyzed all programs. Impacted increased market penetration and revenue growth.  Educated local sales teams on the use of all marketing tools and provided training for proper use.

Performed strategic level marketing and sales management functions for a four county market.  Supervision of multiple store locations and direct supervision of assistant managers and sales representatives.  Reported directly to Director of Communications of  Store Channel.  Corporation specializes in the sale of cellular phone service.

Primary responsibilities included meeting and exceeding assigned monthly corporate sales objectives, development of new major accounts and daily administrative and operational management of all business functions including inventory control, audits and customer service. Assisted in the development and management of regional marketing and sales budgets and the development of competitive marketing strategies.
