I started to work for Princess Cruises a luxury cruise line company as the main Stylist. I was specialized in contact with passengers and perfect clients services . I was working with very special guests from all over the world- Canada, USA, New Zealand, Switzerland, UK, Australia and more. I was always the best at sales which were always great achievement.
- Sales- I’ve perfected my salesmanship’s skills with more than 2 years of weekly training on sales techniques and customer service, creating my own style and giving the highest standard of customer service. Sales are an important part of my job. I have learned to create solutions for each type of different personality and nationality of my clients. I've created my own techniques on how to sell big packages, finding out what they want and need.
- Seminars- I was educating our passengers on how to better themselves in hair and bring them knowledge about emerging fashion trends. I am leading seminars for my guests twice per week, it's always a massive success in generating a higher number of bookings. The goal of this event is to make new bookings that generate sales.
- Salon exhibitions- I was organizing live fashion shows once per cruise. Make bookings and sale products. I did cooperate with photographers and models to deliver brand new images and videos for our sales.
