The Central Reservation Office will handle all reservation for all Company hotels from a remote location. Hotels will only handle day to day or desk reservations. I am looking at the Human Resources (training, recruiting, operation, job descriptions) technological (communication flows), quality of Booking (key standards, policies and procedures).
