• Investigated the prediction and actuation of stem cell differentiation. • Cellular imaging using confocal microscopy, with processing and analysis in ImageJ and CellProfiler. • Designed and developed computational algorithms in Matlab and R for descriptor significance evaluation and statistical analysis. • Explored machine learning approaches, such as neural networks and support vector machines, for pattern recognition and predictive modeling.
