Director of the Information & Communication Tech department for the retained organization of H3G SpA (with reference to the outsourcing model adopted by the company). Responsible of the management of IT platform evolution, in terms of definition of processes and strategy; planning, gathering and delivering Business requirements, as well coordinating the outsourcer for the planning, evolution and control of the IT architecture; department covers Enterprise and Portal domains (UMTS and DVB-H), including Demand Management, Delivery Management, Process Validation and Technology groups, plus the management of a global competence center on IT platforms lead by Italy within Hutchison 3G community.

Major 2007 achievements were consolidation of triple player mobile role voice (new tariff plan offers), TV (new offering and segmentation), internet (X-series, skype, ww3, etc) plus focalization on customer revenue value.

Major 2006 achievement was the integration of a DVB-H architecture on the UMTS platform for the launch of the Mobile TV service on that technology.

Major 2005 achievement was the minimize Business impacts during transition to the outsourcing model.
