Coordinator of Finance and Strategy

Rede Cidadã

After  a three month internship in 2012, I was hired as Business Analyst and soon promoted to Coordinator of Strategy and Internal Audit.

For the first time, the organisation's budget had an effective role in the decision-making process, not only at a senior level but across all 30+ cities where Rede Cidada operates, building sustainable, high-quality and forward-thinking programmes.

Rede Cidadã is recognised nationally and internationally as one of the best NGOs in Brazil. Connecting people and businesses to have a better work and life relations, Rede Cidada has helped over 60,000 people to find a job and supported over 1,600 small entrepreneurs since 2002.
