1st line support technician before rising through to 3rd line. I then took on an analyst role, assessing clients business needs before designing and building appropriate I.T. systems and implementing practices to make their business more effective. As helpdesk manager I made certain client SLA's were met and resources were allocated appropriately all while ensuring that client communication and satisfaction were a top priority.

Worked for the Dynamic-Defense team in the Malware lab. My job was to automate network testing to ensure the 'red' network was secure and that viruses and other malicious software could not escape the enclosed environment and spread onto the internet.
