Sam is an investment banker, who raises finance for listed companies and secures business acquisitions for private equity funds. He is an M&A advisor and private placement facilitator in respect of small and mid cap companies. Sam develops and markets wholesale structured financial products for investment banks and other financial institutions. He as conducted seminars on law and finance in Australia to legal and finance industry professionals.Beyond his investment banking experience, Sam works as a barrister specializing in corporate and securities law, is an accredited mediator, a registered attorney both in Australia and New York State, and a member of the Bar of the Republic of Ireland.Sam has also for many years advised and consulted to Australian and overseas producers on film and television project financing and sales, as well as co productions.
