Migration to new processing platforms led to improvements in portfolio economics (card acquisition, billings), overall performance (higher rates of credit authorizations, lower rates of fraud) and consumer loyalty.
  • Led team that launched new American Express card issuer in Mexico within the 9-mo. allotment and 15% better than the $350K budget.
  • Coordinated certification testing for semi-annual network releases for more than 24 American Express partners in the LA/C region. Ensured partners understood release requirements, target implementation dates and penalties for non-compliance.
