Established approach and execution of CMMi (L3) for the organizations Automotive Practice in support of GM; specifically, Service Delivery Management, where Customer, Resources, Projects and Programs (supporting OLA’s, SLA’s, Dashboarding, Metrics, Customer Satisfaction), were the key areas of focus in both Infrastructure and Software Development initiatives.
