In my experience as an IT Technician from my first job until today, my main role has been preventive maintenance, check and prevent potential problems before they occur, one of my main role in the past have been maintaining the computers in optimal conditions for the companies I have worked for. I hate to be like a robot, I am a cool person, very proactive.
