All campaigns were promotional, guerrilla marketing campaigns, with specified event locations and responsibilities.

They varied in length from 4 months to 1 day, and included incentivized commission opportunities, which were always met or exceeded as a team.

As project manager I was the communication triangulation point between my "marketing street team" and VMG campaign managers in California.

As team leader, I selected and managed a 5 person street team, and was accountable to provide them with hours, schedules, and pay; as well as coordinate event specifics and attend all campaign events.  On completion, I was expected to return all promotional props and residual product to VMG via mail, or was further instructed to donate them to a local cause.

Caesar's Bistro Dog Food Promotion

  • Caesar’s Dog Park Bistro Event to promote new Cesar’s Bistro Meals  
  • 4 month long campaign for Cesar's Dog Food at local dog park event venues.  Event set up included assembly and break down of bistro tables and chairs, as well as various aesthetic elements
  • Distributed 3 tons of Caesar's Product and promotional fliers at local dog park venues
  • Utilized Facebook marketing tactics to increase event turnout and hype
  • Targeted the "dog owner market" using knowledge of Dallas and various other personal Dallas networks (ex. Dallas Strays and Rescues--> provided promotional fliers and samples at fundraising DS events, Delta Gamma SMU-->permission to promote before SMU games at DG tailgate tents), in order to facilitate promotion and meet team incentives.
  • Team members were awarded TIMBUK2 messenger bags, for surpassing incentives after only 2 weeks.

Nintendo DS-Game Spa Survey

  • Coordinated team to recruit a test market for various Nintendo DS games by offering a free 15-minute massage to participants in Nintendo DS game trial and survey.  The event was held at Willow Bend Mall in Plano, Texas.
  • Collected over 1600 Surveys
  • Organized & electronically delivered data sets and event photos to VMG 

Fear is Real-Television Promotion

  • Managed a street team of 5 to distribute 4 tons of guerilla marketing materials, promotional T-shirts, and samples
  • Coordinated events, team schedules, and determined event venues.
  • Data collected at promotional events allowed for VMG to quantify a 6% increase at Fear is Real-TV première ratings.  VMG credited this to successful guerilla marketing and VMG team promotion.
  • Team members were awarded iPod Shuffles for far surpassing dates and goals necessary for incentives.
