Responsible for quality assurance analysis of all products during various stages of production.  Worked to streamline and expand upon existing standard operating procedures in order to bring company up to cGMP standards.  Manufactured chemical standards as necessary to perform identity tests on raw materials,  bulk and finished products.  Acted as liaison between quality assurance and quality control staff to ensure accuracy of all test procedures.  Created and maintained batch data records for all products. Performed adenosine triphosphate testing on all manufacturing trains prior to and post production with meticulous attention to detail. Utilized QA knowledge to analyze potential sources of contamination during the production process and assisted with resolving non-compliance material review situations. Worked to obtain necessary materials for more accurate and safer internal testing with the objective of complying with USP standards. Coordinated and performed quarterly environmental testing of all areas of production. Regularly coordinated both in house and outsourced laboratory testing with fellow technicians, chemists, management, and QA personnel. Performed daily calibrations on all necessary equipment, including pipettes, scales, ATP and pH meters. Responsible for developing and implementing appropriate quality assurance procedures in a compounding pharmacy environment. Regular review of state and federal pharmaceutical law in order to ensure organizational compliance. In addition, since March 2007 assisted part time with Mushin Management at J.K.I. as an after-school/summer camp supervisor while continuing to teach the basic fundamentals of Wado-Ryu style Karate.

  • Worked within the pathology department/morgue in order to render assistance to the medical personnel. Recorded autopsy data, prepared sample containers and compiled tissue samples for storage or later analysis. Prepared tissue samples for examination.
