- Prospect new clients through cold calls, regular sales blitzes & strategic local marketing

- Generate, negotiate, and close contracts on social and corporate events; oversee event coordination with ability to act as final decision-maker

- Building strong pressence in community & driving sales by partnering or networking in local opportuniies such as bridal showcases, Visit Charlotte events, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and Young Professionals of Charlotte events paired with hosting venue open house and on-site themed showcase events with a range of vendor partners within region

- Develop New Accounts; conduct market research; sourcing, identifying, and pursuing outside networking opportunities through professional industry resources and community events

- Form social partnerships with local charities, religious organizations and outreach programs through donations and co-hosting charitable events

- Consistency in resolving issues that are presented with professionalism and courtesy while maintaining goal comp margins and exceeding guest’s expectations

- Providing high-level oversight to ensure successful on-site and off-site catered events and customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business, maintain partnerships and elicit referrals
