Startup Company that distribute Brazilians Souvenirs through its own or franchisees sales units, located in airports and shopping malls. The company started operation in July 2013 and expanded over the next years reaching an annual turnover of R$ 2.0 million

  • Developed and Implemented a 5 year Business Plan in order to implement the distribution network with own stores, franchised sales units and e-commerce;
  • Led the team that developed the brand concept and the brand communication;
  • Led the team that designed over 300 sku in 8 months. Also developed a network of over 20 Brazilian suppliers and 3 international suppliers;
  • Negotiated store allocation with Shopping Malls and International Airports Administrators.

Brazilian Fast Food Company with one owned and 6 franchisees stores located at Shopping Malls in the city of São Paulo with R$ 8 million annual sales.

  • Developed and initiated the implementation of the Business Plan that would allow the company to franchise its operations and reach 50 restaurants (owned and franchised) in the next 4 years. In 18 months, ten stores were franchised (6 previously owned and 4 new operations);
  • Leadership for the operational teams for all owned stores. Developed and implemented a standardized production process, quality systems, and equipment maintenance plans;
  • Development, Implementation and Operation of a Spoleto Brand franchised store. Responsible for the divestment of the franchise store after sales consolidation.

    • boosting revenues by 135% and the EVA by 75% in three years;
    • developing the economic and financial project and obtaining Board approval for a US$ 11 million sourcing agreement with Colgate–New York;
    • implementing the Group’s first in-house plant and negotiating key labor and equipment contracts;
    • Took active part in negotiating the buyout of the minority shareholder’s interest in CTM do Brasil and in pursuing the legal and financial implementation of the agreement as well as its communication plan.
