  • Responsible for the P&L of key accounts of Itap Bemis (joint venture with North American Bemis Co.), representing annual revenues of US$ 45 million;
  • Participated in the Company committee in charge of outlining the three-year Strategic Plan;
  • Developed strategies to increase the market share at each one of the Unit's customers;
  • Increased threefold the participation of Itap Bemis in the sourcing of flexible packages to Unilever Bestfoods in the Mercosur region;
  • Led multidisciplinary teams that developed strategies resulting in a reduction of up to 10% in the total cost in use of products sold and an increase of up to 30% in participation.

  • Reported to the President of the Dixie Toga Group and the VP for the Propack Group in Latin America;
  • Responsible for the P&L of CTM do Brasil (joint venture with Swiss group Propack), with annual revenues of US$ 25 million;
  • Led the commercial, financial, product development and industrial teams: a total workforce of 150;
  • Responsible for:
    • boosting revenues by 135% and the EVA by 75% in three years;
    • developing the economic and financial project and obtaining Board approval for a US$ 11 million sourcing agreement with Colgate–New York;
    • implementing the Group’s first in-house plant and negotiating key labor and equipment contracts;
    • Took active part in negotiating the buyout of the minority shareholder’s interest in CTM do Brasil and in pursuing the legal and financial implementation of the agreement as well as its communication plan.
