Product Support Engineer
- Work on Wireshark for packet captures (Client and Server side) and using tcpdump for issues reported based on errors, slowness and latency.
- Work on different Authentication mechanisms such as SAML and Form-Based using Active Directory, Hosted DB and LDAP.
- Troubleshooting on ZEN nodes/ZEN DCs.
- Check health of SMCA and ZEN servers through Nagios monitoring tools.
- Provide SME's reports based on CPU usages and Bandwidth to Clients and partners.
- SSL interception for https traffic through Zscaler.
- Provisioning IP of Location for Zscaler Customers on multiple clouds.
- Troubleshooting on URL based Policy involves (URL Filtering Policy and Cloud App control Policy WEB-2.0) issues for user and location based traffic forwarding.
- Provisioning and configuring GRE tunnel and VPN nodes to customers based on GEO-IP provided.
- Analyzing of Behavior Analysis of different File Types.
- GEO IP override for the Public IP addresses for clients to connect to Zscaler DCs.
- Troubleshooting on GRE tunnles and IPSec VPNs, taking of client captures and investigating traffic with IPsec and GRE header.
