Dear Job Developers:

On March 6, 1997, I started working for the Indiana State Police.

I worked in the Criminal Records Division, as a clerk-typist. I processed criminal background requests. I embossed the letters, and I processed the mail. I filed criminal records using the Indiana State Police color codes. I covered dispatch and switchboard.

On March 6, 1998, I transferred to Information Technology where I entered traffic tickets. I also updated Indiana State Troopers Time Reports for their hours and filed backups according to their names.

On April 30, 2000, I transferred to Vehicle Crash Records. I entered vehicle crash reports. I also filed applications according to their County of where the accident took place for statistical records to be filed. I received a good evaluation for maintaining my quota for over 200 accident reports entered.

I am a dedicated, hard worker. I like to complete my assignments.

I make all deadlines. I prioritize my work. As a team player, I help others, whether it is to put paper into the copy machine or help filing.

On July 6, 2004, I transferred to Criminal Investigations to enter Criminal Intelligent and VICAP case reports. These reports were serious in nature. Intelligence reports were coded according to the Indiana Statue of codes. I received good evaluations for entering the most case reports.

On March 22, 2007, I transferred to District 52 to enter traffic tickets. I also kept record of State Troopers daily reports and informed them when they missed a day or two via Outlook or the phone. I covered the phones for the reception and backup support for the traffic dispatch.
