  • K-12 technology firm: Recruited to Board of Directors to mentor CEO and realign company's vision and strategy. Leveraged well-established relationships in the private equity market and raised investment growth capital.
  • Education ERP company: Hired by venture capital firm as Chairman of the Board to redirect $16M portfolio company and reverse 2 years of declining profits and missed revenue targets. Reinvented strategic direction, built talented management team, and raised sorely needed capital to get the business back on track.
  • Higher education software business: Rescued firm on the verge of bankruptcy. Raised $4M to restart business, hire new staff, and initiate an aggressive go-to-market strategy. Generated second-round capital of $6M
  • Higher Education E-Learning business: Developed business strategy for corporate expansion throughout China leveraging local office base of operations. Provided strategic direction and connections to China based private equity.
