About Lou Lentine

A skilled entrepreneur, Lou Lentine built a multi-million consumer products business by the age of 30. Drawing on his skills and experience, Lou Lentine founded Viatek Consumer Products Group and serves as its president. He and his product development firms are often tapped by Shark Tank participants to bring products featured on the television show to the market. Today the products developed by Viatek are now found in more than 70 countries across 5 continents and account for billions of dollars at retail.

A skilled inventor himself, Lou Lentine has engineered and patented a number of popular products, such as the Hurricane Spin Mop, which uses a unique system to thoroughly clean floors without the use of harsh detergents. He also patented the Renu-It Battery Regenerator, which breathes new life into dead alkaline batteries and renews rechargeable batters. He also created the Mighty Jump car jump starter kit that charges a car battery in only 10 minutes.

Recreationally, Mr. Lentine enjoys spending time with his family. He also has a passion for boating and fishing in Florida and Tennessee.
