My role was to design and deliver systems end user training and provide coaching as part of the SAP integration project. I was responsible for the full training cycle including training needs analysis, designing learning activities fit for purpose, authoring supporting material, delivering the training and evaluation analysis. I was accountable for over 300 multi-site users nationwide and experience in designing learning solutions that engage different learning styles and needs. Key skills gained are presentation, facilitation, consultancy, problem solving, designing, communication, interpersonal, listening, assertiveness, flexibility, team working, self management, time management, strategic, research/learning and organisation. In line with the secondment role as trainer, I designed and developed a succession plan for new Resource Planner. This included interviewing, induction planning, design of training materials and activities, delivery of the induction, and coaching to ensure smooth transition from induction to workplace.
