- Prepare Dining room for patrons by setting tables, cleaning floors, make sure everything is ready for service.
- Protect patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Transmit orders to bar and kitchen in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify patrons dietary needs and special requests
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Check for accuracy of orders prior to meal being delivered, make changes as necessary.
- Communicate with managers and other personnel effectively to best carry out orders.
