Worked closely with marketing, communications, development and QA groups to accomplish extremely tight deadline for rollout.
·Researched, architected and designed e-commerce portion of the Web site, which was a new revenue channel for The Pampered Chef in 2006. Continue to maintain and enhance site, which has expanded to international markets. E-commerce has now become a large portion of sales for The Pampered Chef. Enhancements include an “Outlet” section which not only sells previously bottom-line loss products, but also increases traffic to the Web site.
·Product Adjustment application which accounts for 85% of Consultant exchanged and returned products via the web, and in turn cutting time and costs for Customer Service.
