DataXtend Semantic Integrator - a model-driven data transformation product with more than $10,000,000 in sales that provides mediation, governance, and change management for data integration projects. Managed the product release process on ten successive releases with aggressive schedules, resulting in near-perfect target release date success. Directed the product builds team, to assure quality across multiple platforms.
Supervised the development team enhancing an Eclipse-based semantic mapping development tool. Led feature teams through the development process to add critical features to the product, and spearheaded the product’s strategic direction and content.
- Formalized process for, and supervised patch release of, more than 100 critical bug fixes that resulted in a more rapid patch release time and improved customer satisfaction.

EdgeXtend - a model-driven object / relational mapping and Java caching product which generated J2EE Enterprise Java Beans deployable to the WebSphere or WebLogic environments. Project Manager for overall product release process on eight successful software releases.
- Led the effort to design, develop, and test the first release of EdgeXtend, including Eclipse-based object / relational mapping tool, earning a “President’s Award”.
- Supervised the quality assurance team in India, allowing for reduced release cycle time
PowerTier J2EE - a J2EE server product that directly competed with WebSphere and WebLogic. Oversaw a team of five developers and led design and development of the Servlet engine component. Expert member on Sun’s Servlet and JSP Specifications and presented at Sun’s JavaOne conference.
