1.Assisting the Team Leader in Designing, Implementation and Evaluation of the following Institutional Development initiatives in the partners LGUs :
·Municipal Capacity Index.
·Automation of Municipal Service Delivery.
·Business Restructuring and Re-engineering of Work Processes.
·Development of Procurement process/manuals.
·Human Resources Management System.
·Financial Management Packages.
·Establishing Internal Audit Departments.
·Developing Monitoring and Evaluation systems.
·Strategic Development and Investment Planning.
·Training and Skills Enhancement for the municipal staff.
2. Reporting the progress of the implemented interventions using USAID system and tools.
