Got training at Hilti and 3rd parties at ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, got the internal auditor / supplier auditor licenses since 2000. Carried the internal process audits and supplier audits to support the continuously improvement at internal as well the suppliers' side. Assigned by the management as the Senior Supplier Auditor in November 2007.

  • March 2006 - March 2010HPE      Hilti (China) Ltd.

Assigned by the management as HPE (Head of Process Expert), responsible for leading the whole company processes' management. Successfully coordinated and well prepared for the BPA audit (processes rebuilt and reviewed, training to all employees), as well as the ISO 9001/ISO 14001 recertification in September 2006. Coordinating local SAP Key Users at SAP training & testing, supporting the team at problem solving. With the support from the team , we achieved and maintain no data error in SAP system from 2006.

  • June 2004 - October 2005SAP LIM      Hilti (China) Ltd. 

Assigned by the management as SAP LIM (Local Implementation Manager), project leader in Hilti Zhanjiang Manufacturing Plant for ERP system changing from Oracle to SAP. Coordinated and organised the team in Zhanjiang and team in Hilti Headquarter, reviewing the physical handling processes, initiated the enhancement request, adapt the physical handling procedures, cleaning and preparing system data, carrying the testing, distributing the training down to the 80 end-users...successfully implemented SAP ERP system and transferred all necessary data from pervious ERP. Brought up the team members' knowledge and management skills. Successfully Go-live on 4th July 2005 and provided the data support for 2005 year-end closing and 2006 planning.
