Sr. Administrative Assistant (contractor through Smith Hanley)

  • Administrative support for the Research Quality Assurance (RQA) department comprised of three groups – GCP, GLP and Clinical Trial Material QA in support of US and global preclinical and clinical research programs.Assist the Directors and Managers with GLP and GCP audit processes, such as obtaining study protocols, CRFs, regulatory documents and monitoring reports.
  • Input and manage audit data in Pilgrim’s SmartAudit electronic audit reporting system.
