Creative Sabbatical

After hearing about Designer Stefan Sagmeister who every seven years closes his New York City-based design studio for an entire year of creative rejuvenation. I decided to take a creative sabbatical, where I headed back to Durban to focus on other creative outlets which included photography, gardening and creative writing (Music, poetry and long form). This proved to be extremely valuable and really gave me a whole new perspective.
