Interested in finding new and exciting dishes to create. Have a love for making soups, especially cream soups..........you dont know what Heaven is untill you try my creamy chicken vegatable soup!

Over the years I have created many new and exciting dishes, ranging from poultry to simple soups. I have a definity for seafood and pasta comboinations, which cannot be over-looked, and have ammassed quite a large collection of recipies which I have created........all of which are tried and true.
