Summary

During my 6+ years of work and volunteer experience I have spent a great deal of that time working in the customer service field. I have been presented with many different situations at each position I have held which has prepared me to handle any situation that may arise in the future. Over time I have developed my PC skills and have become very proficient using the Microsoft Office Suites and many other software programs. My great people skills, organization and cleanliness are also traits I have polished over time and will prove to be an asset to any company.
