I worked with the CAMS (Cost Accounting Management) program, Payroll, A/P, A/R, organize receipts and bills, issued parts to repair orders, ordered parts, inventory reconciling, signed out pool cars and kept track of mileage and fuel, reconciled pool billing and entered vehicles into CAMS for usage charges. Match credit card receipts to statements, and I reconciled budgets. I used Access, Excel, Word, & the AS400 programs. I was also responsible for archiving and clerical support.

I also worked as an Account Clerk for the fiscal department approximately two weeks. I organized files and worked on spreadsheets. I also worked with the time certs.
