Summary

I am an online media based site customer support representative who possesses a special blend of IT-sense and customer interfacing skills. By phone and email I have successfully problem-solved and responded to hundreds of inquires daily for a national website. Due the continuous volume of calls on the same topics I developed, posted and directed commercial and private classified ad accounts to instructional tools online resulting in the decrease in 30% of repetitive calls.

Interest

I enjoy (the challenge) of running at Mission Bay Park and Miramar Lake and have participated in several fundraising race events. I enjoy meeting with my social wine tasting group twice a month. On some occasions the proceeds of these events are charitable.

I am currently an active participant with Volunteer San Diego and San Diego Habitat for Humanity.

I enjoy most anything creative form home decorating to yard work to graphic design and photography!
