  • Manages Corporate Meeting Schedule including scheduling prep meetings, acquiring abstracts and whitepapers, formatting weekly reports and managing related SharePoint site.
  • Manages multiple-site badges, internet access, purchase orders and equipment coordination for 40 external independent contractors.
