Responsible for all aspects of marketing the Kings' Shops, an upscale shopping mall located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Managed a marketing budget of over $500,000. Developed advertising campaigns of all types, including magazine, radio, newspaper, and social media. Entirely responsible for booking entertainment and planning events to increase mall traffic. Together with the General Manager, acted as the public relations contact for both tenants and the general public. Assisted the leasing team with marketing materials for their efforts, including demographic reports, market research, and leasing-specific collateral. Prepared reports and presentations on the mall's marketing efforts for both the corporate management team at Jones Lang LaSalle and the owners of the property. Responsible for marketing revenue generation through sponsorships and in-mall advertising sales.

Purchased and reformulated independent bookstore and coffee shop in high-traffic area on the island of St. John. Completely renovated existing space and refined and upgraded concept. Responsible for all aspects of running the business, including budget management, product selection and ordering, sales, personnel, marketing, financial analysis, and goal-setting.
Responsible for assisting with all aspects of market research projects for corporate clients, including IBM and Pfizer. Developed questionnaires for both quantitative surveys and focus groups. In conjunction with the project manager, analyzed data, drew conclusions, and advised corporate clients on best ways to communicate product and service benefits.
Insured villa owner satisfaction and resolved complaints; developed reports for the H.O.A.; managed owner rental program; instituted “Owner’s Report Card” to monitor satisfaction; tracked maintenance and service calls; supported and facilitated integration of the timeshare organization with the resort management team; forecasted owner and rental occupancy and revenue generation; facilitated weekly villa walk-through and operations meeting with resort management team.
