Traveled extensively, spending considerable time in market which resulted in 40% increase in revenues.  Developed business plan for South America expansion after acquisition of Brazilian foil manufacturer. Developed regional brand, Masterpack, and 17 package designs for the operation.  Hired global ad agency to help in design and launch of new products. Initiated regional advertising creative process with local marketing managers and advertising agency counterparts. Oversaw the filming of Reynolds brand commercials in Mexico and print ads in Argentina.  Enlisted US campaign stars “Pat and Betty” to support TV cooking demonstrations in Argentina and Puerto Rico. Found “localized” replacements to continue the campaign.

Traveled extensively to set up new distribution relationships and launch new products. Tripled cases sold within area managed. o Developed “universal” packaging to allow same product exported to numerous countries o Managed UK sales office that sold Armour Foods in Europe and the Middle East.  Developed entrance strategy for Israel with local manufacturing partners. Led team under President/COO, to negotiate acquisition/joint venture with local company. Led to a letter of purchase intent and eventual launch of Liquid Dial and Dial Soap brands. o Developed new product packaging and display designs o Hired local ad agency to develop local media campaign, including TV spots, print and PR
