Server/Front of House Trainer

Along with my everyday duties as a server and the front of house trainer, I have also planned and implemented small marketing plans for the franchise.
As my long history with this business shows, I am a loyal and dependable employee. In this fast-paced atmosphere, I have successfully organized my section, my customers, and my coworkers in order to fulfill everyone's needs. I gained an in-depth knowledge of our Micros POS system and invoice control software.
I was given the task of training new servers, which I took very seriously, and have alternately worked as a hostess, and kitchen employee when I was needed. This large restaurant with a full bar and a broad menu gave me insight into persuasive selling, efficiency, and customer relations.
I would like to think that I was an all-around team player at Ground Pat'i and I worked to increase the profitability of the business by successfully broadening the scope of takeout business in the Lafayette restaurant by revamping menus and creating business to business materials. I was also given increasing responsibility of the staff's event planning and I have also put games and contests in place to boost morale amongst the staff and increase sales of specific items.
