The interim position required high-level experience in handling executive duties to assist the President of the College on a daily basis by scheduling/maintaining Outlook calendar, handling telephone inquiries and issues and directing them to the proper administrative staff for resolution, greet visitors and students and direct them to the proper department.  Prepare for weekly Executive Committee meeting, take minutes, prepare agenda and update the Key Statistics Report for distribution to EC Members.  Update weekly reports for President’s review, maintain office equipment.

We had an excellent working relationship and we made many advances to organize the tenant/landlord operations.  

The owner, Bob Ferree decided to take the operations of the company in a different direction and therefore discontinued the need for my job.
