I was line cook,prep cook,kitchen manager at Morgantown Country Inn from 1992 to 1997. After almost a year after i quit the resteraunt went under,for reasons i do not know. I prepared the foods of all kinds that was on the menu. I was kitchen manager at the same time as cooking. Duties included scheduling,ordering food and supplies,recieving the supplies and putting away stock. Making sure of mistakes if there were any and dealing with the supply company for the mistakes. I opened and closed, from 5:00 am to 11:00 a lot of times.I quit to go into factory work, at that time I could'nt do 16 hrs. a day any longer.
I was waitress and prep cook at the same time.The lady I worked for closed the resteraunt a few yrs. after I had qiut. Then 3 yrs. ago she had passed away. I had remained friends with her after I quit.
