- Design, develop and deliver internal training content to staff
- Create and distribute content using multiple formats including but not limited to train-the-trainer, traditional classroom, webinars, and one-on-one instructions.
- Create and edit knowledge base wikis, user's guides, installation manuals, help files, training videos, and training manuals
- Build and maintain knowledge assessments at organization, program, and individual levels to assess needs, target development areas, and measure success
- Work with administrators and department heads to provide post-implementation and training support, identify issues and mitigate risks

- Support, configure, develop, maintain and monitor the SharePoint Site Collection
