- Lead efforts that focus on building capabilities to drive revenue and margin growth by defining, developing, executing, and assessing effective sales processes, leveraging sales technology platforms, and developing and executing sales force training
- Build new training and development processes and platforms that meet the needs of the business and sales team members.
- Implement "Pipeline Training" where I develop, plan, and execute sales skills training to all levels of the sales organization. Manage training to effectively sell product and service innovations. Reduced new client attrition by enhancing learning platform and user adoption.
- Work cross functionally across the organization as well as with third party key business and sales leaders to create, define, implement, and assess effective sales processes and/or build new capabilities that add value for the business.
- Analyze our new client on boarding process and increase productivity and time to revenue by adjusting client touch points
