Customer & Partner Experience Project Coordinator
I’msupporting the Subsidiary Management Team team to build a strong brand image and communicate consistently through all marketing channels and with the Sales and Marketing Team to develop corporate and product awareness and positioning.
Key Responsibilities include:
·Leading and/or supporting customer satisfaction focused Initiatives;
·Promote internal marketing of customer values to all staff and partners;
·Implementing effective customer satisfaction improvement measures & communication locally;
·Serve as a local contact for execution of Customer Satisfaction Surveys;
·Supporting the General Manager/Human Resources Manager in setting CPE based business & marketing activities for all managers & staff;
·Implementing effective and measurable cultural transformation programs and processes resulting in improved internal customer climate and improved external customer loyalty results.
