§Consult for multiple projects, typically juggling multiple projects at one time.Past projects include: creation of business intelligence reporting, scorecard metrics reporting, content management SharePoint solution, patent litigation financial reporting, banking portfolio management solution, actuarial reserve calculation program audit, and SOX IT controls compliance.
§Accountable for managing client and vendors teams.Deliver applications/solutions on time, by getting the project agreed upon, completed, and adopted by the customer; using the agile solution delivery approach.
§Heavy involvement in designing the roadmap/project plan, facilitating the planning phase, soliciting input, creating a Proof of Concept, encouraging timely stakeholder approvals, removing roadblocks, writing BRDs, designing the technology, and reviewing the solution with the stakeholders.

§Led teams of tax SMEs and technologists to accurately interpret and account for FAS123(R) tax accounting impacts on stock option compensation.Trained and worked closely with SMEs, staff and vendors to design, develop, test and review the interim tax benefit reporting applications, ensuring it would account correctly under the new FAS123(R) regulation.
§Led team in building a real time reporting solution to streamline the banking portfolio management process, which pulls data from multiple systems and uses real time information entered by users/customers into one centralized application. The reporting solution provided 10+ different oversight reports in multiple formats using the same core data. Prior to the reporting solution, 4 members of the oversight reporting team worked full time for two weeks to produce, reconcile, and review the multitude of detailed reports. The centralized application expedited the business reporting turnaround time by ~60% and mitigated regulatory reporting risk by enabling the bank to locate necessary portfolio notes and key compliance documents during audits.
§Created automation programs for company/plant code creation, leading to faster and more accurate company/plant creation and association for financial reporting.
§Taught 30 PricewaterhouseCoopers global consultants the computer programming languages (e.g. C++, Java, HTML) and skills necessary to create a web site with functionality similar to Amazon.com.Instructed with a team of 8 PwC consultants and responsible for lesson plans and computer lab exercises throughout the 13 week course.
