§Led teams of tax SMEs and technologists to accurately interpret and account for FAS123(R) tax accounting impacts on stock option compensation.Trained and worked closely with SMEs, staff and vendors to design, develop, test and review the interim tax benefit reporting applications, ensuring it would account correctly under the new FAS123(R) regulation.

§Led team in building a real time reporting solution to streamline the banking portfolio management process, which pulls data from multiple systems and uses real time information entered by users/customers into one centralized application. The reporting solution provided 10+ different oversight reports in multiple formats using the same core data. Prior to the reporting solution, 4 members of the oversight reporting team worked full time for two weeks to produce, reconcile, and review the multitude of detailed reports. The centralized application expedited the business reporting turnaround time by ~60% and mitigated regulatory reporting risk by enabling the bank to locate necessary portfolio notes and key compliance documents during audits.
