Interpretive position at Grant-Kohrs Ranch National Historic Site. Researched and developed site-specific historical and ecological interpretive programs. Independently developed horsemanship safety and orientation class for ranch staff and volunteers. Operated visitor center, including cash register sales and cash opening and closing procedures.  Designated acting lead ranger during absence of supervisor. Received superior performance evaluation ratings for risk management and program development.

Organized and led 7 - 9 day Yellowstone trips for groups of 6 - 15 high school students. Developed curriculum and taught classes on the ecology, geology, and wildlife of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Kept accounting records and managed course funds. Practiced extensive risk management, including situational environmental briefings and emergency intervention for medical issues in the field.
